Serbian left back talks about rejoining Partizan after 16 years as club prepare for their return to EHF Champions League
For left back Ilija Abutović, the return of his old and new club, RK Admiral AdmiralBet, to the EHF Champions League Men in the 2026/27 season is historic in more than one way. The Serbian side last featured in Europe’s top flight 14 years ago, and Abutović himself, 38 meanwhile, is coming back to the Belgrade club after 16 years.
