A remarkable comeback in the second half helped the Italian side remain undefeated in the competition, celebrating the well-deserved gold medal after a 38:34 victory over Finland.

Earlier on Sunday, Ukraine secured a clear win against Bulgaria (36:29) to clinch the bronze medal.
