FINAL, LEG 2 REVIEW: The mighty Icelanders prevail in Piraeus ending up crowned as champions
 

With both clubs chasing their first-ever European trophy, Olympiacos SFP and Valur played a thrilling final for the ages in the EHF's third-tier club competition. The 60 minutes in the return leg weren't enough to decide the winner as Valur mounted a huge comeback in the second half coming back from an eight-goal deficit to set up a dramatic ending before winning the final in the penalty shoot-out.
