The semi-finals of the EHF European Cup Men get underway on Saturday as ambitious Hungarian club FTC-Green Collect welcome undefeated Olympiacos SFP to Budapest. Meanwhile Iceland’s Valur face another Romanian side, CS Minaur Baia Mare, on Sunday after eliminating CSA Steaua Bucuresti in the quarter-finals.

Baia Mare are the only semi-finalists to have previously played a European final before – they finished second in 2021/22.
