Court of Handball imposes a fine on the Spanish federation

The Court of Handball has rendered its decision in a case opened following the withdrawal of the Spanish Handball Federation from the European Wheelchair Handball Nations' Tournament 2019 after having registered and few days before the draw of the competition.

In accordance with the EHF List of Penalties, a fine of €15,000 is imposed on the federation. Three-quarter of the fine is imposed on a suspended basis.

An appeal may be filed with the Court of Appeal within seven days.
