The VELUX EHF FINAL4 Opening Party – be there and get involved!

Handball fans’ dreams of making it to the LANXESS arena court in Cologne will come true this year. All fans attending the VELUX EHF FINAL4 opening party on Friday 31 May will have a unique chance to become part of the pre-match entertainment on the final day of the event.

During the opening party, fans must simply enter a studio, a so-called ‘video box’, at the main entrance to LANXESS arena and show they are a proud part of the handball community. Exact instructions will be available on site.

In the opening show prior to the 3/4 placement match on Sunday 2 June, a video compilation featuring enthusiastic fans will be projected onto the court in front of the 20,000 spectators.

A feast of handball

As the VELUX EHF FINAL4 approaches its 10th edition, the opening party has become an integral part of this feast of handball. Each year, handball fans have been celebrating the culmination of the season outside LANXESS arena throughout the evening.

This year, German brass-pop formation Querbeat will be rocking the party again, so be sure to pick up your tickets for the VELUX EHF FINAL4 opening here.

The programme of events centred around the open-air stage begins at 18:00 local time and will include Querbeat’s performance, a presentation of the four teams, a chance to meet your favourite handball stars, and much more.

New batch of tickets available

If that is not enough good news: EHF Marketing GmbH has decided to release a new batch of tickets. So, if you had not already done so, you better hurry up and secure your seats in LANXESS arena for the VELUIX EHF FINAL4 on 1-2 June 2019!
