EHF meets with UEFA on cooperation visit in Nyon  

The EHF President Michael Wiederer and EHF Secretary General Martin Hausleitner visited the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland on Tuesday, 19 February 2019 on a cooperation visit.

They met with the UEFA President Aleksander Čeferin and Chief Policy and Stakeholder Affairs Advisor Julien Zylberstein to discuss a wide range of topics concerning the development of team sports in Europe.

Amongst many topics, the two parties discussed the possibility for cooperation of stakeholder and interest groups as well as on an organisational level.

With both the Men’s EHF EURO 2024 and the UEFA EURO 2024 being held in Germany, the two umbrella organisations also discussed potential synergies between the events in the future.
