Court of Handball fines HC Motor Zaporozhye

The Court of Handball has decided to impose a fine of €7,500 on HC Motor Zaporozhye for having repeatedly failed to cover non-authorised advertisement in the VIP room within the organisation of three VELUX EHF Champions League matches despite having been invited to do so.

Such an occurrence constitutes a violation of the VELUX EHF Champions League 2018/19 Regulations and shall therefore be sanctioned in accordance with the EHF List of Penalties.

A part of the fine, i.e. €2.000 is deferred for a probationary period of two years as of the date of the present decision.

An appeal may be filed with the Court of Appeal within 7 days.
