Eight teams from eight nations feature in next four MOTWs

Match of the Week in Rounds 6 to 9 of the VELUX EHF Champions League has been confirmed and it will feature eight different teams from eight nations.

Round 6:
SG Flensburg-Handewitt vs Skjern Handbold
Sunday 4 November at 18:15 CET

A cross-border derby gets us going after a two-week competition break, featuring a Scandinavian-laden Flensburg side playing host to Skjern and welcoming two former players back – Anders Eggert and Thomas Mogensen.

HC PPD Zagreb vs RK Celje Pivovarna Lasko

This is another clash between neighbouring sides from the wonderfully wide-open Group B. Both Celje and Zagreb will be eyeing desperately needed points in the race for the Last 16.

Round 8:
Barça Lassa vs HC Vardar
Saturday 17 November at 18:00 CET

The two sides currently sitting top of Group A come face-to-face in an eagerly-anticipated encounter, which will be a true test of both team’s title ambitions.

Round 9:
MOL-Pick Szeged vs Paris Saint-Germain HB
Saturday 24 November at 17:30 CET

Only two teams have a perfect record after Round 5: Hungarian champions Szeged and star-studded PSG, and their meeting in Hungary is guaranteed entertainment.
