The Court of Handball has reached a decision in the cases opened against the president of PGE Vive Kielce, Bertus Servaas, following the VELUX EHF Champions League 2018/19 match his team played against Rhein-Neckar Löwen on 22 September 2018.

The president adopted an improper behaviour towards the EHF referees during and after the match, contravening to the principle of fair play and sportsmanship defined in particular in the Code of Conduct and the regulations of the competition.
