The Court of Handball has imposed a fine on the Handball Federation of Kosovo for having failed to deliver a TV broadcasting signal in the Women's EHF EURO 2018 Qualification

The Court of Handball has decided on Wedneday to impose a fine of € 4,000 on the Handball Federation of Kosovo for having failed to deliver the TV broadcasting signal to the away right holder at the Women’s EHF EURO 2018 qualifier against Hungary on 30 May 2018.
The poor quality of the signal did not enable any TV broadcast. The obligation to ensure a TV signal that can be delivered internationally is with the national federation hosting the respective match.
The national federation of Kosovo is therefore sanctioned in accordance with Article D.1 e) of the EHF List of Penalties.
An appeal may be filed with the Court of Appeal within seven days.
