Increased TV interest for EHF Cup Finals

For fans not in attendance at the Ottostadt Magdeburg EHF Cup Finals on May 19 and 20, there are many ways to follow all the action and make sure none of the excitement is missed.

Increased TV interest

In terms of watching the matches themselves, 14 TV partners around the world will broadcast the event, along with the free streaming platform, ehfTV.com (with geo-restrictions applied). The growth from three TV partners in 2017 to 14 in 2018 shows a marked increase in interest in the competition across the globe.

On ehfTV.com, all matches will be commentated in English by Chris O’Reilly, who also guided fans through the thrilling Women’s EHF FINAL4 on May 12 and 13.

The following TV stations will broadcast the Ottostadt Magdeburg EHF Cup Finals: MDR, RBB (GER), SFR (FRA), TV3 Sports (DEN), Viasat (SWE), Viasat (NOR), Esports3 (ESP), SportTV (HUN), SportTV (CZE), SportTV (SVK), MySports (SUI), SportTV (SLO), Telekom Romania, Digi Sport (ROU), and Kuwait TV (KUW).

Two EHF websites will provide coverage of the EHF Cup Finals: eurohandball.com and europeancup.eurohandball.com/2017-18. In addition, there will be coverage in German on SC Magdeburg’s official site www.scm-handball.de.
