Ramhat Hashron to miss Gera in two matches
The line player Tal Gera from the Israeli club SGS Ramhat Hashron HC has been suspended from the participation in EHF club competitions for two matches and shall pay a fine of €300 after the Court of Handball punished the player for a severe unsportsmanlike conduct in the first leg of the Men’s Challenge Cup 2017/18 Last 16 against IBV Vestmannaeyjar (ISL).
The player is therefore not entitled to participate in the second leg match to be played on 17 February 2018.
Any appeal against the present decision shall not have any suspensive effect.
During the exclusions, the player has the right to enter the playing hall as spectator but shall not participate in any match preparation activity, shall not enter any official area (players’ entrance, dressing rooms, players’ routing, playing court, playing court surrounding area, media area and VIP area) nor be in contact with players and/or officials of its club (neither directly nor via electronic means).
