Registration starts for Women’s U20 World Championship 2018 Qualification

The European Handball Federation has started the registration procedure for the Women’s U20 World Championship Qualification.

Deadline to register for all EHF member federations is Thursday, 2 November 2017.

Final tournament hosts Hungary plus Russia, winners of the Women’s U18 World Championship 2016, as well as France and Denmark, the nations ranked first and third respectively at the Women’s 19 EHF EURO 2017, are already qualified for the final tournament.

The Women’s U20 World Championship is played from 1 to 15 July in Hungary.

In addition to the abovementioned four teams, nine more European squads can qualify for the 24-nation event.

The Qualification Europe will be played from 23 to 25 March in tournament formats.

The qualification groups will be drawn on 21 November.
