New look for ehfCL.com as season begins
There is a fresh look for the official website of the VELUX EHF Champions League and Women’s EHF Champions League ahead of the 25th season of the competitions.
With a new interface and mobile-ready, responsive design, the redesigned ehfCL.com website is the first step towards the creation of a true ‘Home of Handball’ – one platform with a similar look and feel, bringing all of the federation’s websites together for the first time.
Keen-eyed handball fans will already be familiar with the design, with last season’s VELUX EHF FINAL4 website having used a similar interface.
The official websites for the VELUX EHF FINAL4 and Women’s EHF FINAL4 are still reachable via www.ehfFINAL4.com but have been integrated into the new website - they will however continue to be available in English/German (men’s event) and English/Hungarian (women’s event).
Live results and statistics
The new website will offer visitors all of the features they are used to at ehfCL.com, including the latest news, features and reports from the two competitions, as well as the latest results and tables.
Additionally, thanks to the new partnership with Sportradar, the official streaming and data partner of the EHF club competitions, users will be able to access extensive live statistics via the new website on their computers, tablets or mobiles.
Digital roadmap
Over the past few years the EHF has invested heavily in the development of its digital channels and the production of extensive content especially for social media.
The results have been impressive with a reach of well over 380 million across the EHF’s digital platforms each season.
The next stages of the ‘Home of Handball’ project are already under development with even more features and content to come.
The aim of the EHF’s digital team is to create the ultimate destination for handball fans looking for the latest results, news, features and live content.
Follow on social media
ehfCL.com will be providing 24/7 coverage of both the VELUX EHF Champions League and Women’s EHF Champions League alongside the official social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Snapchat.
