The first leg will be launched in two venues at the same time – on Saturday 22 April at 17:30 hrs local time as Telekom Veszprem will play host to Montpelllier HB and SG Flensburg-Handewitt will receive HC Vardar, who avoided the Last 16 stage courtesy of winning Group B.

Two other games of the first leg will follow on Sunday as MOL-Pick Szeged will take on Paris Saint-Germain Handball at 17:00 and THW Kiel host FC Barcelona Lassa in a rematch of the last season’s quarter-finals.

In the last game of the European top flight before its culmination in the LANXESS arena on 3-4 June Montpellier will host Veszprem on Sunday 30 April at 18:30 hrs.
