"Focus on the players" at 2017 EHF Club Manager Seminar

This year's EHF Club Manager Seminar in Cologne puts the "players in the focus", so the seminar programme's title reads.

The sixth edition (documentations from previous years can be found at http://activities.eurohandball.com/ehfcan) once again features prominent speakers from various fields of sport and media management, sport universities, leagues, clubs and federations.

The seminar takes place from 1 to 3 June 2017 in Cologne. The registration fee is € 500 including accommodation. It is possible to buy an additional ticket package for the VELUX EHF FINAL4 which takes place on 3/4 June 2017.

The deadline for registration ends on 14 April 2017. Successful participants will receive the EHF Club Manager Licence.

Like in the previous years, the seminar consists of two modules.

The first module is organised as e-learning including an online test and a best practice assignment. This module focuses on EHF European Cup Regulations, EHF EURO Qualification Regulations, EHF Event Management as well as media management and social media. Participants can either take this seminar from 20 April to 26 May or from 7 June to 31 July.

The second module is the club manager seminar itself in Cologne from 1 to 3 June.

  • Axel Sierau, Sport Management GmbH
  • Mario Leo, RESULT Sports
  • Carole Ponchon & Aurelien Favre, European Observatoire of Sport and Employment
