2017 Young Coaches Workshop takes place in Szczyrk, Poland

This year's edition of the EHF's Young Coaches Workshop will take 14 participants to the Polish town of Szczyrk from 6 to 11 June.

The course is open for seven male and seven female participants who are not older than 33 at the time of registration. The deadline for this is 14 April 2017.

The seminar is addressed at young handball coaches who already possess some basic experience in teaching the sport.

In the lead-up, they will be asked to prepare one practical session and present it during the workshop with the help of demonstration teams consisting of Polish youth and junior national teams players.

During the workshop the participants have work on a second practical session and also present and execute it during the workshop.

EHF Lecturers Peter Kovacs and Milan Petronijevic will evaluate these training sessions in terms of content and execution. High-performance coach Jürgen Boss will provide feedback on the coaches' performance, their soft skills and communication with the team.

Together with their registration, the participants shall provide a CV that provides information about their handball career in general and about their coaching experience in particular.

The registration is only valid if both the CV and the registration form are provided directly by respective national federation within the given deadline. Only one participant can be registered per national federation.
