Court of Handball fines Budvanska Rivijera

The Court of Handball has rendered a decision in a case opened against the club Budvanska Rivijera (MNE) following repeated failures to timely provide the EHF Coaches Licensing Application Sheet.

The Court notes that the club had the obligation to provide the sheet in accordance with Article 2.14 of the EHF Cup Regulations. However, and despite having received two reminders in addition to the initial information regarding the matter, the club failed to provide the document.

Hence, a fine of €450 is imposed on the club.

An appeal may be filed with the Court of Appeal within seven days.
