Kiel and Bjerringbro swap home right

The European Handball Federation and its marketing arm EHF Marketing have confirmed that the home right for the two group phase matches between THW Kiel and Bjerringbro-Silkeborg in the VELUX EHF Champions League Group A will be swapped.

As Kiel's playing hall “Sparkassen Arena” is not available during the complete week of Round 3 the first match of these two teams will take place on the court of the Danish champions (5-9 October 2016), while the return leg in Round 12 (22-26 February) will be hosted by THW.

The individual day and time for each match will be co-ordinated by the EHF/M with the TV-partners and clubs.

Updated schedule:
Round 3 (5-9 October 2016) - Bjerringbro-Silkeborg vs. THW Kiel
Round 12 (22-26 February 2017) - THW Kiel vs. Bjerringbro-Silkeborg
