Fifteenth USPE Handball Championship in Denmark

The draw for the 15th USPE (Union Sportive des Polices d’Europe) Handball Championship was hosted by the EHF Office in Vienna.

In the draw pot for the final round were eight countries representing police forces from across Europe: Denmark, Germany, Austria, France, Greece, Hungary, Norway and Switzerland.

The result is that Group A will consist of hosts Denmark, Austria, France and Greece. Germany, Hungary, Norway and Switzerland are in Group B.

The USPE Handball Championship will take place from 29 May to 5 June 2016 in Silkeborg, Denmark. The EHF will provide the championship with three referee pairs.

At the draw event, EHF Secretary General Michael Wiederer as well as USPE Secretary General Fred Kusserow spoke and welcomed the assembled guests while Ole Jacobsen, USPE Technical Delegate, conducted the draw.
