Tomislav Grahovac elected new president of the Croatian Handball Federation
Tomislav Grahovac has been elected new president of the Croatian Handball Federation on Tuesday.
Grahovac, who so far had been the chairman of the federation's supervisory board, follows Sandi Sola who had announced two months ago that he would step down as the federation's president for personal reasons.
"I want to thank everyone for the honour," said Grahovac. "I'm aware of the great responsibilty you have entrusted me with. Our federation is the best organised federation in the country, There have been great results so far and I sincerely hope we will achieve even better results," he was quoted on the federation's website.
Croatia are the hosts of the Men's 18 EHF EURO in August this year as well as of the next Men's EHF EURO in January 2018.
