Montenegrin handball federation fined

The EHF Court of Handball has released a decision on Tuesday in a case opened against the Handball Federation of Montenegro.

The national federation failed to timely provide information relating to the TV host broadcaster regarding the Women’s EHF EURO 2016 Qualification Phase 2 Round 4 match, Montenegro vs. Croatia, despite several reminders.

A fine of €2.500 is imposed on the national federation, a part of which, i.e. €1.000 is imposed on a suspended basis with a probation period of one year.

An appeal may be filed with the EHF Court of Appeal within 7 days.
