IHF confirms hosts for Olympic Qualification Tournaments
The International Handball Federation has confirmed the hosts for the Men's Olympic Qualification Tournaments. The hosts for the women's events were already known.
The women's qualification is played from 18 to 20 March, the tournaments wll be played in Metz (France), Aarhus (Denmark) and Astrakhan (Russia).
The men's qualification is played from 8 to 10 April 2016 in Poland, Sweden and Denmark. The host cities will be announced at a later date.
The first two teams of each qualification tournament make it to the 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
In the women's event Brazil, Spain, Angola, Argentina, South Korea and Norway are already qualified; in the men's event Brazil, France, Qatar, Argentina, Germany and Egypt are already qualified.
