Qualification throw-off times confirmed

All handball fans can already now set a reminder for the exact start of the VELUX EHF Champions League 2015/16 after the EHF and EHF Marketing GmbH have confirmed the playing times of all four games of the qualification tournament in Sportska Dvorana "Borik" in Banja Luka, Bosnia Herzegovina.

The semi-final match of the qualification tournament between Elverum Handball Herrer and OCI-LIONS will open the new edition of the European top flight on Saturday 5 September at 17:30 hrs and all handball lovers can enjoy the season opener live on ehfTV.com.

The clash between Norwegian and Dutch champion will be followed by the second semi-final between Austrian title holders Alpla HC Hard and the tournament's hosts RK Borac m:tel (20:00 hrs).

The winners of the semi-final duels will meet on Sunday 6 September at 20:00 hrs to battle out the only remaining open spot in the VELUX EHF Champions League Group Phase.

While the winner will proceed to Group D, the second and third ranked teams enter the Men's EHF Cup Qualification Round 3 and the bottom team starts already in the second round of this competition.
