The EHF has published guidelines for the writing of employment contracts for stakeholders within handball
Employment contract guidelines issued
At its meeting on 19/20 June 2015 in Krakow, Poland, the EHF Executive Committee confirmed the issuing of guidelines outlining how to draft an employment contract.
The guidelines have been developed based on practical experiences and based on requests received by the EHF Office from various stakeholders e.g. clubs, players and agents.
They contain essential elements to be taken into consideration by any person drafting employment contracts in between players and clubs.
The document is not binding, and it is offered by the EHF as a guide in order to facilitate the set-up of employment contracts in handball and to provide a check-list to the persons concerned.
