Match of the Week features repeat of 2014 final
Following Tuesday’s exciting VELUX EHF Champions League Last 16 draw event in Vienna, the rematch of last season’s finalists, SG Flensburg-Handewitt and THW Kiel, has been chosen as the ehfTV.com Match of the Week for the first leg on Sunday 15 March at 19:30 hrs local time.
Flensburg beat Kiel, the 2012 trophy holders 30:28 at the 2014 VELUX EHF FINAL4 last June and neither side have any intention of exiting the competition at this early stage.
Playing dates and times released
The Last 16 will throw-off on Friday 13 March at SAP Arena in Mannheim for the clash between 2013 EHF Cup winners Rhein-Neckar Löwen and 2014 EHF Cup winners MOL-Pick Szeged.
The remaining first leg matches will be played on Saturday 14 March and Sunday 15 March. All second leg fixtures will take place the following weekend on 21 and 22 March.
