DVD Goalies 2014 released

Austrian EHF coaching lecturer Roman Filz has just released a DVD with a number of his favourite goalkeeping exercises.

There are more than 70 drills performed by the goalkeepers of the Austrian female youth national team. The DVD covers the following areas of goalkeeping skills - working with the agilty ladder without and with the ball, backcourt shots, balance training, basic moves, athletics and coordination.
