Court of Appeal confirms fine for Chekhovskie

The EHF Court of Appeal have confirmed the €1.000 (one thousand Euros) fine imposed by the EHF Administrative body of first instance on the club Chekhovskie Medvedi for non-attendance at the post-match press conference after the 2014/15 VELUX EHF Champions League Group Phase Round 2 match: HC Vardar (MKD) vs. Chekhovskie Medvedi (RUS).

The match was played on 4 October 2014 and the first instance decision taken on 4 October 2014.

The EHF Court of Appeal rejects the appeal of the club from 24 October and confirms the Administrative decision. According to article F.a) of the EHF Catalogue of Administrative Sanctions, a fine of €1.000 is imposed. A recourse to the ECA is possible within 21 days.
