EHF nominates European teams for Men's Youth World Championship 2015

Following the conclusion of the Men's 18 EHF EURO 2014 in Poland, the European Handball Federation has nominated the European teams for the Men's Youth World Championship in Russia next year.

The 12 nominees are the ten best ranked teams from the European Championship in Poland and the two European participants at the Youth Olympic Games (YOG) in Nanjing.

  • France (1st ranked nation at Men's 18 EHF EURO)
  • Hungary (2nd ranked nation)
  • Spain (3rd ranked nation)
  • Denmark (4th ranked nation)
  • Slovenia (YOG gold medallists)
  • Norway (YOG bronze medallists)
  • Sweden (5th ranked nation)
  • Switzerland (6th ranked nation)
  • Germany (7th ranked nation)
  • Poland (8th ranked nation)
  • Iceland (9th ranked nation)
  • Croatia (10th ranked nation)

The substitute nations in this order are Belarus, Serbia, Czech Republic, FYR Macedonia and Romania.
