Only 2 euros can get you a brand new Ford Fiesta Ambiente

Following the big success of its premiere in 2013 once again this year the VELUX EHF FINAL4 charity partner German Cancer Aid arranged a prize draw on the fringes of the biggest event in European club handball.

Getting a lottery ticket costs you only 2 euros while it can make you the winner of a brand new Ford Fiesta Ambiente valued 11,000 euros.

But there is much more to obtain. Further prizes, for example, are a VIP box including drinks for 14 people for an upcoming Kylie Minogue concert or – might be most attractive for handball fans from whole Europe – VIP tickets for two people for the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in 2015.

All proceeds of the lottery sale will directly go to German Cancer Aid. The organizers expect to sell all 19,500 lottery tickets by Sunday before the final match.

“We have six teams selling the tickets outside the arena with vendor trays. Till the first match we already sold 2,500 tickets,” said Christian Greiten representing German Cancer Aid at the fan zone of the VELUX EHF FINAL4 in Cologne.

“First of all I do it for the good cause. But if I can win something by that, the better,“ said Francoise (28) from Belgium who just bought five tickets at once. “We will support anybody who performs well this weekend; but I would guess Barcelona as the cup winner.”

The prize draw will take place just before the final match of the VELUX EHF FINAL4 on Sunday.
