_wige producing the VELUX EHF FINAL4 with their new HD_one

On behalf of EHF Marketing, _wige MEDIA and their subsidiary _wige broadcast will produce the highlight of European club handball, the VELUX EHF FINAL4, which will take place in the LANXESS arena in Cologne on 31 May and 1 June. Henrik Saabye, awarded sport producer, leads the project.
 
For the first time this year, the VELUX EHF FINAL4 will be produced with _wige broadcast’s newly designed outside broadcast van, HD_one. 16 cameras, including 3 Superslomo cameras, 1 “Antelope” high-speed camera and a “Pico”, placed on a mini-tower, will catch the action on and around the playing field.

On top of that, a remote camera, fixed on the roof of the LANXESS arena will provide pictures from the whole playing field. All the games will be produced in High Definition and Dolby 5.1 Digital Sound.
 
_wige broadcast will be in Cologne with 40 people who will not only be broadcasting the games but also producing play-outs and take care of the commentators in Cologne.
