Who beats the RoboKeeper?

Once again VELUX, the EHF FINAL4’s title sponsor, gives handball players of all ages the chance to showcase their shooting strength and versatility.

When the VELUX EHF FINAL4 throws off, the world’s fastest goalkeeper won’t be found on the court but outside the LANXESS arena: It’s the VELUX RoboKeeper who saw the light of day for the first time at the event’s last year’s edition.

The RoboKeeper is said to be the world’s fastest goalkeeper - hence he is challenge for true beginners, amateurs and professionals alike and stands for an exciting ‘man vs. machine’ battle.

"You have to make the ball bounce or roll it very slowly," suggested some fans last year, but found out that the RoboKeeper can’t be beaten that easily while it saved 85 per cent of all shots – like a true world-class goalkeeper.
