Women's handball in the spotlight
When the MVM EHF FINAL4 throws off on 3 May 2014 at 15:00 hrs, the four teams taking to the court will enjoy unprecedented media coverage.
Over 200 media representatives, working for written media, online, TV and radio, will cover the event and bring it to worldwide attention.
There is an ambitious TV production plan with the top four matches of the Women’s EHF Champions League 2013/14 season finale and the weekend’s complete programme produced for all international TV partners, with an overall 200-man strong TV crew working in the Papp László Sportaréna.
The MVM EHF FINAL4 will be produced in high quality HD with Dolby surround sound. A total of 13 cameras, including two High-Pan models, will be in use, providing a spectacular and diverse range of TV pictures for those watching on television and via ehfTV.com, the EHF’s online TV platform.
There are two further crews working particularly for ehfTV.com bringing the fans not only all the action from the semi-finals and the finals, but also behind-the-scenes stories and several player interviews.
Social media coverage
The EHF Champions League Facebook page will be dedicated entirely to the best four women’s teams in the world, with insider updates from the moment the teams arrive, right through to the celebrations of one lucky team on Sunday evening. There will be exclusive content including videos, photo galleries, fan competitions and plenty more to give fans at home a real feel for the event.
Our video team will bring you another side to the event, with in depth features as well as witty clips on the ehfTV YouTube channel. ehfTV.com presenter Tom O’ Brannagain will be on site to bring you entertaining videos with your favourite players, big names in the handball world and the fans in Budapest.
