Secretaries General meet in Warsaw

The 8th Conference of Secretaries General, hosted by the Polish Handball Federation, brought together almost 50 lead administrators from the EHF's member and associated federations to deal with a range of topics.

A full programme over three days included presentations and workshops on coaches licensing and brand management as well as EHF EURO events in the future. 

Delegates also discussed younger age category events and upcoming changes to the men's and women's EHF Champions League as well as organisational matters around the Beach Handball Champions Cup taking place in in November 2014.

An important aspect of the event was also the calendar conference, looking ahead to the playing calendar for the seasons 2014/15 and 1015/16, which allowed federation to highlight issues and provide inputs.

Following the conference, representatives of member federations were joined by invited guests and the media at the EHF EURO 2016 qualification draw, which took place in the headquarters of the Polish Olympic Committee in the Polish capital.
