Huge demand for Women’s EHF FINAL4 tickets, second allocation to be released soon

With the inaugural edition of the Women’s EHF FINAL4 in Budapest less than 40 days away, the excitement of handball fans all across Europe continues to grow.

The first allocation of 2,500 tickets, around one quarter of the seats available at Papp Laszlo Arena, was sold within just five days.

The organisers have now confirmed that a second allocation of tickets will go on sale at the beginning of April. Tickets can then be bought via the official shop on the event website, www.ehfFINAL4.com.

When the second allocation goes on sale, tickets from all four categories starting at 9,900 Hungarian Forint (approx. 32 euro) up to 34,990 Hungarian Forint (approx. 112 euro) will be available.

Furthermore a designated allocation of 290 tickets in Category 2 (plus 20 VIP tickets) is reserved for each of the four participating clubs.

Semi-finals and final in just two days

After a thrilling main round, defending champions Györi AUDI ETO KC, and Buducnost, winners of the Women’s EHF Champions League in 2012, as well as Macedonian side ZRK Vardar SCBT and Danish club FC Midtjylland have qualified for the first Women’s EHF FINAL4.

In the semi-final on Saturday, 3 May 2014, Vardar face Buducnost and Györ play against Midtjylland.

This will be followed by the match for third place and the final on Sunday, 4 May 2014.

The exact order of matches and throw-off times will be released at a later date.
