Groups drawn for Women's 18 European Open
The groups for the Women's 18 European Open were drawn at the EHF Office in Vienna on Tuesday.
17 teams will compete at the final tournament which takes place from 30 June to 4 July in Gothenburg, Sweden.
The following groups were drawn:

Group A: Sweden, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Finland

Group B: Russia, France, Poland, Switzerland

Group C: Denmark, Hungary, Slovakia, Lithuania

Group D: Romania, Norway, Iceland, Austria, Faroe Islands
The European Open is played alongside the well-known Partille Cup every year. The tournament is organised by Partille Cup together with the Swedish Handball Federation and the European Handball Federation.
The first edition took place and ever since it is the men's under-19 teams' turn in odd years and the women's under-18 teams' turn in even years.
In 2012, at the last women's event to date, Norway beat Russia 26:22. Czech Republic came third.
