EHF grants Kosovo right to conduct friendly national team matches

The EHF Executive Committee has granted its associated federation, Kosovo, the immediate right to conduct friendly national team matches.

This decision was made by the Executive Committee at its meeting on the fringes of the Men's EHF EURO 2014 in Denmark.

Furthermore Kosovo's national teams may participate at the Women's 18 European Open 2014 and the Men's 19 European Open 2015.

The question of Kosovo's full membership with the EHF will be discussed at the EHF Congress in Dublin, Ireland, in September 2014.
