Rate your EHF EURO experience and win prizes

The Men's EHF EURO 2014 together with MyServiceFellow will perform an interactive research project during the event in order to evaluate and improve the services on offer during the championship in Denmark.

'MyServiceFellow' is a simple smartphone app to understand the customer experience. The app enables customers to evaluate their individual experience on their smartphone in real-time and document these with text, photo, video or audio files.

The app allows customers to capture their end-to-end customer journey in a quick and simple way on the go.

For the Men’s EHF EURO 2014, the app will be used to follow the customer journey of the visitors.

Visitors that decide to take part in the research project get their personal login data so that they can login in the MyServiceFellow app on their own smartphones.

The app is available for Android and iOS. Wireless internet is not needed to capture the individual visitors’ journey.

During their visit at one of the matches of the Men’s EHF EURO 2014, the participating visitors document their individual highlights and also record if something could be improved. All data is then uploaded via the app.

The results of all participants are anonymously collected to get a scientific based analysis of the customer experience. If visitors are interested in joining the research project, they will get more information and their personal login data by writing to project.euro.myservicefellow@gmail.com.
