Former winners face Basel in the Last 16

Former Challenge Cup winners Union Mios Biganos-Begles from France will play the Swiss team SG Basel Regio Handball in their quest to reclaim the 2011 trophy after the Tuesday's draw at the EHF Office in Vienna defined all eight pairings of this season's Last 16.

The first leg matches will be played 1/2 February 2014, the second leg will follow next week. The defending winners of this competition DHK Banik Most play in the Women's EHF Cup this season.

In other pairings the second French team Issy Paris Handball will face Turkey's Istanbul Maltepe, while last season's semi-finalists H 65 Höör from Sweden will meet DHC Sokol Poruba from the Czech Republic.

As there is no country protection preventing two teams from the same country to play against each other, Gyltchanka Lviv will lock horns with their domestic rivals Dnepryanka Kherson.
