11 teams qualify for 2014 Women's Youth World Championship
The Women's 17 EHF EURO in Poland (15 to 25 August) also served as the qualification tournament for the 2014 Women's Youth World Championship in FYR Macedonia (25 July to 3 August 2014).
The first eleven ranked nations qualified directly. These teams are:

The substitute nations (places 12 to 16) for the Women's Youth World Championship are ranked as follows
12. Netherlands; 13. Spain; 14. Czech Republic; 15. Poland; 16. Slovakia
Champions Sweden, who beat Russia in the final on Sunday, have also been nominated as the European team for the 2014 Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing.
The substitute nations for this tournament are Russia, Denmark and Portugal.
