Impressions from day 2 of the 2013 Women's 17 EHF EURO

Day two (Friday, 16 August) of the 2013 Women's 17 EHF EURO brought the first decisions as some teams - after each of the participating 16 squads has played twice - have already accumulated enough points in order to advance to the main round.

Romania in Group A have already qualified with two wins from two matches, so have Russia and Sweden from Group C with both teams also having four points in their account.

Denmark are in a very good position in Group B, while Group D is not decided at all with all four teams still having the chance to advance.

Saturday (17 August) is a rest day, all remaining group matches will take place on Sunday.
