Registration opens for 2014 Men's 18 European Championship Qualification

The European Handball Federation invites all its member federations to register for the 2014 Men's 18 European Championship in Poland.

All necessary documents have to be submitted to the EHF by Wednesday, 21 August, at the latest.

Poland as organisers are the only team which is directly qualified, meaning that 15 additional places are at stake and will be played for in the qualification phase.

The draw for the qualification groups will take place in Vienna on Friday, 6 September 2013.

The seeding of the qualification groups will be based on the results of the 2012 Men’s 18 European Championship in Austria (composed of the entries received).

The qualification tournaments will be played from 10 to 12 January 2014.

The final tournament, taking place in venues at the cities of Gdansk and Gdynia, will be played from 14 to 24 August 2014.
