Jungle fever for EHF Beach Handball Referees and Delegates

Some just watched in awe at all the animals that suddenly surrounded them. Some were a bit frightened, when a bat on its flightpath missed them by just a few centimetres and some belonged to the brave, holding a two-metre long snake around their neck.

But there was one thing the EHF Beach Handball Referees and Delegates had in common, when they visited 'Randers Regnskov', a tropical jungle in middle of the city, on Thursday morning (11 July): they all had fun.

It was a trip organised by the community to give the referees and delegates an insight into one of the city's major tourist attractions.

And as they enjoyed it very much, they all returned on time for the third day of the 2013 European Beach Handball Championships which resumed at 16:00 hrs. on the same day.
