A new look national team promise to give their all in Randers
Sky is the limit for Poland
Poland’s women’s beach handball team are taking nothing for granted as they head to Randers, Denmark for the 2013 European Beach Handball Championship.
They will face gold medallist from the 2011 championships, Croatia, as well as Hungary, Norway, Ukraine and Russia in Group A when the tournament throws off on 9 July.
"Our squad was starting from scratch; Agnieszka Pęcherska is the only player who was previously playing for the national team.
“Participating in the European Championship in Randers is a huge challenge and responsibility for us, because we will want to show our best game,” Pyrki Poznań player Karolina Peda told eurohandball.com.
Huge challenge
Poland finished in eighth place at the last European Beach Handball Championships in Umag, Croatia and they promise to give their all to improve this time around.

"We realise that our group is very strong with very successful teams, but the sky is the limit, so keep fingers for us, ended Peda.
