EHF EURO 2014: Norway in group B, France in C and Sweden in D for preliminary round

After the 16 teams for the Men's EHF EURO 2014 have been confirmed, the four groups for the preliminary round are already beginning to take shape, three days out of the final tournament draw in Herning, 21 June at 18.30 hrs.

Hosts Denmark are seeded in group 1 which will be played in Herning. They also had the right to define one team per group ahead of the draw.

Following the decision, Norway (from pot 4) have been placed in group B, France in C and Sweden in D (both from pot 2) for the preliminary round.

Herning, Copenhagen, Aarhus and Aalborg are the selected hosting cities for the event's preliminary round.

Which venues will host groups B, C and D respectively is to be determined.
