Németh cautious despite eight goal lead

After Hypo NÖ's eight goal away win in the first match at Issy Paris Hand, the second leg of the Women's Cup Winners' Cup Final in the Maria Enzerdorfer Sports Hall on Vienna's outskirts might look like a formality.

However, this is not quite the way Hypo's head coach András Németh sees it. The experienced Hungarian coach who is going to step down in the Austrian top club after this season and end his career, is cautious as almost always ahead the home game against the French women Saturday night.

“We are extremely happy with our away success in Paris, but we still have to bear in mind that so far only the first half has been played. In the return match we will have to play focused and patient, if we are to get the Cup to the Südstadt,” Németh told eurohandball.com.

Among his team's opponents, there does not seem to be a lot of belief in the chances to catch up with the eight goal deficit, though.

“We will try our best Saturday in Vienna, but honestly I do not think we can reverse the situation,” the centre back Charlotte Mordal from Issy said after the first match.
