New web periodical online

The Activities website of the European Handball Federation is offering a regular update of handball articles, studies and other publications.

On activities.eurohandball.com EHF lecturers, coaches and handball experts share their knowledge and experiences with all those who are interested in knowing more about a number of technical areas inside handball.

In this new periodical EHF Lecturer Roman Filz presents some examples of basic handball exercises.

He clarifies such diverse aspects as: coordination with the ball, specific warm up, passing drills and basic court practices.

The described  training was organised within the framework of the EHF SMART development programme in Slough (England).
