HC Croatia Osiguranje Zagreb file claim

The Croatian club HC Croatia Osiguranje Zagreb has filed a statement of claim with the EHF Court of Arbitration following the EHF Court of Appeal decision dated 21 February 2013. 

The claim from the club followed the VELUX EHF Champions League 2012/13 match: HC Croatia Osiguranje Zagreb vs. HC DINAMO-Minsk which took place on Saturday 9 February 2013.

Pursuant to article 12.7 of the Rules of Arbitration for the EHF Court of Arbitration – ECA Procedural Rules, the proceedings will be handled in an expedited manner.
