EHF EURO 2012 tickets now available

Tickets for the 2012 Women’s EHF European Championship in Serbia have gone on sale from Monday, 17 September at 12:00hrs.

Handball fans can secure their tickets via an online ticket shop on the event’s official website.

The European Handball Federation’s flagship national team event will be played from 4 to 16 December in four cities across Serbia.
Tickets will be available in five price categories (six for the final weekend). Prices start from just 6 EUR for a daily ticket in the Preliminary Round.

There is also a special offer for handball fans wanting to follow their team in the Preliminary and Main Rounds or the Finals with ticket packages - including all matches in each round - available at special discounted prices. This special offer will only be available until Monday, 15 October 2012 from the online ticket shop on the official website.

The Serbian capital, Belgrade, will play host to Preliminary Round Group A with reigning champions, Norway, Ukraine, Czech Republic and hosts, Serbia, competing for a place in the Main Round in the 20,000 capacity Beogradska Arena.

Preliminary Round Group B will be played in Niš with the national teams of Sweden, France, Denmark and FYR Macedonia. The top three teams qualify for the Main Round in Belgrade.

Group C and Main Round Group II will be played in Novi Sad with Croatia, Germany, Hungary and Spain.

Group D with Romania, Montenegro, Russia and Iceland will be played in Vršac. The top three qualifying teams will then move to Novi Sad for the Main Round.

The final round of the competition will be played on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 December 2012 in Belgrade’s Beogradska Arena.
